Here's what you need to know for this week's noon game against Coastal Carolina (use this parking map as a reference):

  • Starting at 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon (Sept. 3), Lot E will be closed to all patients and visitors. Any vehicles remaining there will need to be out by 12 a.m. Friday morning (Sept. 4).
  • Starting at 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon (Sept. 4), all patients and visitors may begin parking at the WVU HSC (located behind Ruby Memorial Hospital).
  • Starting at 6 p.m. on Friday evening (Sept. 4), HSC parking lots 80, 84, and 90 will be open for employee parking.
  • Starting at 12 a.m. on Saturday morning (Sept. 5), all patient, visitor, and employee parking areas in front of Ruby Memorial and Golisano Children’s will be restricted. Any remaining vehicles will be towed at that time. This does not include the employee parking areas at Willowdale Garage, Mountaineer 2 Garage, Research Park, or WVU Innovation Corporation.
  • Starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning (Sept. 5), all employee shuttles will cease operations.
  • Starting at 12 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 6), all patient, visitor, and employee parking returns to normal.

Note the following:

  • Parking passes are available for those who will be working on game day; check with your leadership team.
  • The employee shuttle service will continue to be available until 8 a.m. on game day.
  • Ruby Memorial and Golisano Children’s will maintain emergency access for emergency vehicles before, during, and after the game.
  • The PRT station will maintain a separate entrance/exit path for staff to avoid mixing with students/fans before and after the game.

Employees and leaders with questions can send an email to [email protected], call 304-598-4029, or stop by the Security Office (Room 4C51, Ruby) weekdays, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Let's go, Mountaineers!
